My First Year As A Cook Book Author

It’s been a whirlwind year since May 2014 when my book, One Hour Cheese hit the book shelves! I got to speak at bookstores, Mother Earth News Fairs and cheese shops near and far. Even a bookstore on Orcas Island!
The book has received great reviews and Powell’s even chose it as a top 5 cook book. Awesome.

I made cheese, signed books and met lots of excited new cheesemakers and aspiring cheesemakers! As this year is getting into the last quarter when we get super busy with cheese kit sales around here (thank you!!!), I’m pausing to reminisce.

Just check out some highlights of my incredible year. I am so grateful for Workman my publisher who, I hear from other authors, has treated me like a queen.
