Product Description
These handy tablets are scored into fourths for easy measuring and cutting. Urban Cheesecraft recipes usually call for a quarter of a tablet per gallon. So at minimum, you can make 40 batches of cheese with this strip of 10 tablets.
| Ingredients: Microbial coagulant i.e. Mucur Pussillus and/or Mucur Miehei, Cellulose Microcristaline and Sodium Chloride USP. |
Directions:Crush desired portion of tablet. Dissolve in ¼cup cool, non-chlorinated water. Add to milk when specified in recipe. Stir to distribute thoroughly. |
Yield:¼ tablet will set up to 2 gallons of milk. Ten tablets will set approximately 80 gallons of milk. |
Storage + Care:Store rennet tablets in the freezer. They will last at least 2 years if stored properly. |
