Our pre-blended Alfredo mix is made of real food ingredients and an added base from your pantry (nuts, seeds, beans or veggies). Your creamy Alfredo sauce is ready in just 15 minutes. Blend, simmer and done! You will impress yourself.

Kit includes:
Three pre-blended Alfredo mix packets 

Ingredients:

• Gluten-free Tapioca Flour (cassava root starch)
• Nutritional Yeast Flakes
• Plant-Based Lactic Acid 
• Sea Salt
• Italian Herb Blend
• Dehydrated Garlic

You add: 

• A base, that's 1/4 -1/2 cup of your choice of nuts, seeds, veggies or white beans (combine, mix and match, this is your sauce!)
• 1 cup of water 
• 2 tablespoons of optional oil (for melt)
  

We get it, there are varied reasons why people don't eat dairy (or nuts, or seeds, or soy), whatever those reasons may be for you, this kit is here to give you delicious dairy-free options. Making your cheesy sauce at home allows you to customize and use ingredients and flavors you love.

Our Alfredo sauce is tasty exactly as it is but your special touches can create endless flavor variations. Add cherry tomatoes and fresh basil for a Caprese style dip, mash in roasted garlic and use the sauce on a pizza, or mix in your favorite herbs and spices for your signature sauce.

Dietary guidelines:  Mix is dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free, vegan, paleo, and Non-GMO.

Quantity: 3 batches of sauce. Each batch measures about 1.5 cups (varies slightly depends on your chosen added base and how thick you like it). 

Good to know: Mix contains no soy, grains, gluten or carrageenan and if you have a nut allergy, you can use seeds, veggies or beans. There are NO nuts in the kit. 
The box measures 5" x 5" x 2" and the instructions are printed on the inside of the box.  

FOOD SAFETY AND HANDLING:

The kits and supplies are assembled in a food-safe, fully-licensed facilities that strictly follow the Department of Agriculture cleaning guidelines. The food items are all dairy-free and gluten-free but packaged in a room that may come in contact with wheat, soy, corn, nuts and other food allergens.
