How to Use (you will need a blender in most cases):
To one ounce of mix (roughly 3 tablespoons) you add:
- A base, that means 1/2 cup of your choice of nuts, seeds, cooked veggies or white beans (combine, mix and match, this is your sauce, Our shortcut favorite base is blanched almond flour,)
- 1 cup of water
2 tablespoons of optional oil (for dairy-like gooey melt)
- For classic fondue add 1/4 cup of dry white wine and a clove or two of raw garlic in the blender. SO GOOD anytime really.
- Blend until creamy smooth and then simmer and stir until thick and gooey.
That's it. Just as you see in the video it thickens quickly and remarkably.

Our vegan fondue is tasty exactly as it is but your special touches can create endless flavor variations. Add a splash of beer, add roasted green chilis for a Tex Mex queso blanco dip, or mix in your favorite herbs and spices for a signature sauce.
Dietary guidelines: This mix is dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free, carrageenan-free, vegan, paleo, and Non-GMO. If you have a nut allergy, you can use seeds, veggies or beans as your base. There are NO nuts in the mix. The mix itself is top 8-allergen free.
Quantity: This one pound bag makes 16 batches of sauce. Each batch measures about 1.5 cups (varies slightly as it depends on your chosen added base and how thick you like it). We call that 3-6 servings of dipping (appetizer vs. a meal) and plenty for preparing a shared main dish (like a baked pasta dish or veggie gratin). Try our recipe once and after that you can adjust the amount of liquid up or down to your preferred thickness.
