Halloumi Live Zoom Workshop | Sept. 3 at 4 PM PT

$3900

Learn to make Halloumi at home in this live, beginner-friendly Zoom cheesemaking workshop.

Join me live on Thursday, September 3 at 4:00 PM Pacific Time.
Not in the Pacific time zone? Convert the class time to your time zone.

Halloumi is the salty, springy cheese from Cyprus, with close relatives throughout the eastern Mediterranean, famous for its ability to be grilled or pan-fried without melting. Heard of Halloumi fries? This is the squeaky, chewy cheese behind them.

You can make Halloumi right along with me during the live workshop, or simply watch and use the replay within a month. The cheesemaking portion will run about one hour, followed by a few minutes of optional Q&A. Plan for 1.5 hours.

Your Class Includes

  • Live Halloumi cheesemaking workshop on Zoom
  • Step-by-step Halloumi recipe PDF
  • Ingredient and equipment list PDFs sent before class
  • Class reminders and Zoom access
  • Optional live Q&A at the end

Bonus 1! Enjoy 30 days of replay access so you can make Halloumi again, make it at your ideal time, pause, speed up, and review the steps as needed.

Bonus 2! You’ll also get 30 days of access to a private class community, where you can ask me cheesemaking questions, share your results, and get direct support as you learn. It’s a great little peek into the Cheesecraft Club member experience.

What You’ll Need

You’ll need pasteurized or raw milk (not ultra-pasteurized) plus a few basic cheesemaking supplies, including rennet and a thermometer.

Need supplies? Add an Urban Cheesecraft Mozzarella & Ricotta Kit, Deluxe Cheesemaking Kit, or if you have the rest, just add fresh rennet to your order and you will be set.

This special single-class invitation is a chance to experience the kind of guided, practical cheesemaking we do each month inside Cheesecraft Club, without signing up for a membership.

Not all club classes will be open to the public because they will require more preparation so jump in while you can.

Attend live or watch the replay. Either way, the Halloumi recipe and skills are yours forever!
